We use my textbook which you can order from the school copy service. It is basically 60 or so cases on bankruptcy. For that matter, if anyone is interested in helping me with the textbook, I would gladly accept the help. I need the "Notes and Comments" section at the end of each case. That has been pretty slow going so far.
The class is Friday afternoon, 3 pm to 6 pm - 15 weeks beginning early January. I typically have only 6-8 students. So it is a pretty casual roundtable sort of thing.
