Use of 12/1/15 forms for emergency petitions filed=20

I was able to file the "old" form schedules, statements, and compliance documents as of 12/1 for a case filed in November. It was a SFV case. QC(Quality Control) rejected a separate issue for document not being flattened
(filed within minutes of the other schedules) but I didn't get a bounce
notice on the forms (yet). The ECF categories when filing actual identifycertain (apparently eligible forms and notes them as "for cases filed before
12/1") so I don't think it is an absolute absolute.

We got a hold of the ecf helpdesk and were told it is acceptable to use
the old forms for cases filed before 12/1. I have heard worrying storiesfrom a cdcbaa member about what happens once you actually file the schedules,
but we'll power through.

The public announcement says only that the forms are effective on 12/1/15but I cannot find some rule saying whether they are effective for cases
"filed on or after 12/1/15" or what.
