Effect on Conversion of Chapter 7 to 11 on Chapter 7 Discharge

I'm responding to a UST Motion to Extend Deadline for Objection to Discharge and the UST is talking about how that impacts the possible future motion it might file to Convert to a Chapter 11 (it's a nonconsumer tax case, so no conversion to 13).
In responding, I'm don't see how the 11 U.S.C. 727 or FRBP 4004 have anything to do with that motion. I don't see how there is any deadline for a Motion to Convert as long as the case is open.
What I'm having trouble finding is a rule or case that says if the Debtors receive a discharge in Chapter 7, that the effect of conversion is to revoke the Chapter 7 discharge. Does anyone know what does that off hand?
