Subject: [cdcbaa] max interest allowed with a broker involved? broker was involved in a Real estate loan. I just was handed a note that stats the interest rate rises .5 percent each month loan is delinquent, with no cap. Loan ballooned in 2012, so lender is now demanding over 30 percent.
Any known limit?
