CA Supreme Court says 580(b) covers short sales.

CCP 580(b) states that there can be no deficiency jmt on purchase money mortgage for residential RP (1 -4 units) after sale. Previous case law said it applied to judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. This opinion extends its reach to short sales.
