Should have no bearing on the MFRS, unless the Movant changes.

Has anyone any specific experience whether such a transfer of servicing rights results in a change of counsel or otherwise affects the pending motion?
Is there something I should be telling the Court?

My client received a notice that the servicing had been transferred from the vulture fund to a servicer, BSI in Titusville PA.
The notice also says that the vulture fund is still the owner of the loan.
There is a motion for relief from stay pending.
Has anyone any specific experience whether such a transfer of servicing rights results in a change of counsel or otherwise affects the pending motion?
Is there something I should be telling the Court?
