Will Judge Brand allow debtor to pay amount a HAMP Mod reduces the mortgage payment to if:
1. Debtor files adversary before confirmation and COA is wrongful denial of HAMP
2. Order entered that Loan Modification Negotiations is not violation of Auto Stay
