In light of Saturday's CLE, has anyone had any success challenging
student loans which appear to invalid because the loan doesn't meet
any of the federal requirements to be a "student loan?"
School was Gulfstream Flight School Academy in Florida, which went BK
itself in 2007. PC was promised a lot of education, for which PNC
bank took an $85k loan, but which he didn't receive.
