Unfortunately I wasn't joking (good one by Larry), thought it was Pete Carroll but that's for RFS motions at 11. Anyway, Judge Brand DOES have a posted calendar, see attached calendar revised 8/21/13, says Bluebond for 10 am hearings on 8/29.

Ok, you jokesters. Per Tren Castro, the relief clerk for Judge Brand, that hearing will be Judge Bluebond (and I verified it from BB's calendar). However, Tren was non-committal about where you could find this out, it's not on docket, there is no posted Brand calendar, etc. So I guess you get to call her like I did.
