Motion to confirm?

I disagree with this answer. Judge Z was trying to stop all of the requests for continuances each month. He kicked them out to make sure you and I could get our ducks in a row before confo.
He is very practical and would grant a motion, but a stip would be easier, as it would get the trustee to agree, which is what a chapter 13 judge needs to see anyway.

I do not think the court would respond favorably to a motion to move up the confirmation hearing, but if you do the motion please post the outcome. Thanks.
