I'd recommend alleviating the problem by downloading, installing and using either Chrome or Firefox. As with every single other Microsoft product, IE is well, it's deeply flawed.

Internet Explorer 10

I allowed my computer to "upgrade" to internet explorer 10. When I logged
on to CM/ECF nothing worked, no query etc. I restored to IE9 and everything
is fine.
Has anyone else had this problem?
