Hi Holly: When an order, like a scheduling Order is filed on the docket you don't need a NOL. The purpose of the NOL is to let everyone know that the Order was served. An Order lodged on LOU does not appear on the docket until it is signed so the NOL lets the world know that the LOU Order was served the way it was supposed to be served, which is probably why the proof of service form was dropped from Orders lodged on LOU

Subject: [cdcbaa] Notice of Lodgment for Scheduling Orders?
I have scoured the local rules and cannot ascertain whether a Notice of Lodgment is required with thesubmission ofa Scheduling Order, but it does not appear so. I have to submit one in an AP and one in a Chapter 11.
Can someoneconfirm for me that a Notice of Lodgment is not required?
