What validates the prepetition attorney fee agreement in chapter 11,

The fee agreement with a chapter 11 debtor provides for 12% per annum. Is
this an agreement that should be reaffirmed or is it validated by some
other means.
Can the plan provide for 12% interest on attorneys fees?
Does it matter if the fee agreement was or was not attached to the
employment application?
Administrative costs have to be paid according to contract, but unless the
DIP reaffirms it, there is no contract.
