Office Closures
October 1, 2013
Effective Tuesday, October 1, all offices within the United States Trustee Program will be temporarily closed due to a lapse in federal funding. Office operations will resume once Congress enacts a 2014 appropriations bill or a continuing resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Public Notice
In the event that Congress does not pass an appropriations bill to continue funding the federal government beyond September 30, 2013, the federal judiciary will use other funds, such as fees collected, to enable federal courts to remain open for 10 business days through approximately Tuesday, October 15, 2013.
During that time, scheduled hearings will be held as usual, filings will be accepted, hours of operation, availability of systems, and other services will continue as normal. In the event circumstances change, the Court will provide notice of any changes to scheduled hearings and service levels.
