My client purchased the chapter 7 estate's interest in real property. The
trustee then quitclaimed the property to the buyer. Is this enough to take
debtor off title or does debtor have to also quitclaim to the buyer?
Should I get a court order clarifying that title was transferred to my
client and then record that with the county recorder?
