I represent parties in Sacramento and this type of Chapter 11 is a mainstay
of my practice. We have confirmed many Chapter 11 plans for this type of
entrepreneur. However, because of the travel time, the client must be
aware of the extra expense and should look for a suitable local attorney,
if possible. Curiously, I have sent potential clients to other Chapter 11
attorneys in the past because of the travelling distance and they return to
us because the other attorneys do not believe they can accomplish what we
accomplish in our 11s. Perhaps I can offer a consultation at least.
