Good Morning All,
Section 362 of the automatic stay comes into effect ONLY if bk is filed 1 business day before the Los Angeles County Tax Assessor sale auction date?
Meaning if sale date is Monday then the bk had to be filed last Friday for the automatic stay to be valid?
