combining amended and redlined pages in one document

The Court found a single typo in the chapter 11 plan and asked debtor to
file and serve the amended plan with a redlined copy. Only one page will
have a single change.
I understand standard procedure is to file two documents. One is the
amended plan. The other is the redlined plan.
Because we are changing only one page, I am thinking of filing a single
document with two copies of the amended page. For example the amended plan
will have 2 copies of page 8--page 8-amended and page 8-redlined.
Is that ever done?
