Ch. 13 supp fee app timing

I do occassionally. My main concern in doing them preconfirmation is
feasibility since if approved they can lower the payout % to unsecured
creditors from what is in the plan, which might trigger a trustee
opposition to confirmation.

Yes. it should not cause any issues accept possibly feasibility, at least not in LA or the Valley.
