Chex Systems
Posted: Tue Oct 29, 2013 9:14 am
I did review past discussions before I reported my question b and doing some research late last night I found several people recently sending a discharge notice and the 341 notice to ChexSystems and ChexSystems deleting the account as derogatory since the bankruptcy discharge the debt. I'll take care of that with my client and further update the group on my own findings once we figure out everything with his situation

Why is this any different from a prepedtion credit card debt that appears as discharged on the debtor's credit report postdischarge? Reporting a bad debt is reporting a bad debt!

Chase may still have a special account for such debtors for a monthly
fee. Cannot get off the system from what I was told by a Chase rep a
year ago. A custodial type of account may work for SS
recipients.Sent from iphone Bert Kawahara
