Repository of trustee requirements
Posted: Tue Aug 07, 2012 8:02 am
Ms. Weneta Kosmala in Orange County has a list of 6 or 8 items required prior to the 341a that must be provided via Doclink. They include things like the mortgage statements, last 2 years of all tax returns, all insurances of the debtor, bank statements for the 3 months prior the filing to date of production, etc. If you do not provide the documents prior to the hearing, your hearing is continued.
