John Bates of Ohio put this together for bankruptcy lawyers to do

UTAH Exemptions

Does anyone have access to a book that analyzes all the state's
exemptions? I need to know something about Utah's personal Injury
exemption and whether Utah, like Florida for example, disallows a
non-resident from using its exemptions, or if the federal exemptions
would apply.
Please contact me off list if you would. mark@bklaw.com
Thanks,
Mark
