The Debtor did get the notice to file it to me that was issued on August 8, 2012 that says we have 30 days to do it. But then the Trustee was Discharged and Case Closed form came about the same day.

Thank you. The thing that continues to perplex me is that the notice I had 30 days was mailed August 8, 2012. That would give me until about September 8, 2012. Will the clerks reopen it on that basis without a Motion?

File Motion to Reopen to file the form. You file the certification in every case.
