Judge RIblet and the "new" forms

Dear all:
Based on the below info from Keith, whom I have always found to be a very reliable disseminator of such useful information, am I correct that Judge Riblet accepts plans and disclosure statements for individual cases on the new chapter 11 forms 2081-1 (indeed requires them), even in a case filed before the forms were adopted last June, or has something changed since his email went out? Any other particular requirements I should be aware of?
