Her materials are not copy-write protected. Thought I would share. The 'big 5' have requirements this year. Hopefully it will help the situation. I have already filed one complaint with the AG and Natalie Bush-Lents, Staff Attorney for the California Monitor responded. They are collecting data to see if the servicers are following the settlement agreement.
