On the 18th, the Bap is going to hear Friedman at 2 pm in Phoenix.
Hon. Jury, Kirsher and Clarkson are the judges.
Anyone know Jury's position on the apr in individual cases? Clarkson hasn't ruled yet, but I've known him for 25+ years down here in Torrance and bet he votes the apr does not apply. What say ye?
Don't know where Kirsher is from, I'll have to look this judge up.
Jon, want to fly Southwest over with me and watch? Anyone else?
