Be sure to read up on the AG Settlement and the Homeowner Bill of Rights as
Prof. Porter pointed out that there are some bankruptcy provisions in there.
As an aside, she mentioned her time with us at our MCLE where she presented
and spoke very highly of our local group as she spoke to us live in Los
Angeles and via a feed to San Francisco.
