Im still trying to learn, but I would think 363 (b) (1) applies.
(1)The trustee, after notice and a hearing, may use, sell, or lease, other
than in the ordinary course of business, property of the estate,
I underlined/bolded use.
You may want to do another F 2081-1.2.MOTION.BUDGET Notice of Motion and
Motion in Individual Chapter 11 Case for Order Setting Budget for Interim
Use of Estate Property as Defined in 11 U.S.C. 1115
You may want to delete some of the language in there, in particular the
language about income and expenses because yours are now different than they
were on the petition date.
