Mixed Use Properties
I'm having trouble finding cases on this. Has anyone dealt with a
scenario where a debtor's principal residence (in which the debtor
is residing on the petition date) is also being rented out? I need
to find a case that allows it to NOT be treated as a principal
residence for lien strip purposes.
