Judge Riblet and Bank Levy Release from Sheriff in Chapter 7

Hi Listmates:
Does anyone have experience or knowledge in the process for getting Judge Riblet to sign an order demanding the sheriff to release Bank Levy funds belonging to (and exempted) in a chapter 7? Her clerk said there was no requested procedure, and one listmate stated that some judges require an AP and other jut by motion. Any thoughts and/or pleading examples (AP, or Motion and Order) would be very helpful. The funds that were swept were child support funds received from the ex spouse.
