Changing Secured Creditor T Unsecured for Ch. 7 Discharge

The personal liability for repayment is discharged as of right in the
Chapter 7, barring a 523 action of some sort. The lien remains, though.

Client failed to follow through on loan modification sand house will be foreclosed once case closed. HELOC was listed as secured debt against said house, and now needs to be discharged. What is the best way to make sure it's discharged?
