NYTimes.com: Last Plea on School Loans: Proving a Hopeless Future

This is all good information we should keep in mind.
I just got my first client's lawsuit from a student lender, which is the
first one I've ever seen.
Has anyone else seen a student lender sue the delinquent borrower either
before or after a bankruptcy - or some other aggressive collection
measure?

I was going to share this as well, and got beat to it. Jason was more
efficient doing it straight from the NYTimes.
For anyone interested in the issue, I think this this is a very well
researched article looking at it from various perspectives. Well worth
the time, but only if you have an interest in it, or to archive it for
use with clients that have the issue.
I just highlight it and thanks to Jason for sharing it.
