I have done elder abuse litigation and have also done litigation involving real estate fraud. If you want to call me, I may be able to give you some ideas on liability and damages.

Elder Abuse

I have a client who is 84 years old. She is a widow. She and her husband purchased their home in 1959 and it was paid for when she, on the advice of her tax prepare ("TP")r, entered a listing agreement with the TP's husband's boss to sell the property with the TP's husband as the agent . The end result is that the PC is now in 3rd position as a lien holder on her home. Others were involved in the recording of deeds and the procuring of loans for the property. I believe there is a good case against all for fraud. When alleging elder abuse under Cal. B&P Code 17200 with CC 3346 is the elder abuse alleged against all of the defendants or it is just limited to the defendants that had personal contact with PC?
Thanks for help and guidance in advance.
