code says, "unless after notice and a hearing the court orders otherwise for cause." So you have to have put into the plan that the debtor is going to ask for a discharge, you have to give notice of same, do so in the motion to confirm, and you have to have "cause'.
The judges have a new form they fill out after the confirmation hearing telling the clerk when the discharge should be entered.
The other way, Gio, is to make a motion for a final decree and a discharge, but there are some cases which say you had to put it in the plan (the early discharge), or no go.
If not all steps, won't get discharge early.
