Not only is the answer "no", but you have to attach all liens
(including the judgment liens) that are against the property in EACH
motion and serve on all the appropriate parties. Do a search before
quoting a fee. Many properties have multiple tax liens, as well as
mortgage liens (and the mortgage documentation can be voluminous).

I need to avoid 4 credit card judgment liens on a house. Could I do one motion and put ALL of the 4 credit card liens on one 522(f) motion?
