A parser takes things apart. For example, in your ecf email, you get a lot of connections to the actual documents filed. The parser would download each, and put them in computer directories that could be easily accessed from your computer.

I use Best Case Ecf mail. No complaints.

them out. Your whole firm should switch to using it though if you want to
