The optional court form for lien avoidance motion (F4003-2.4), requires a
listing of all liens on the property and whether the lien is to be avoided.
If one of the liens is a judment lien (and has to be avoided through a 522f
motion) should the lien be listed as to be avoided on the lien avoidance
motion form?
Thanks,
