Mortgage lenders willing to work with out recently discharged debtors

I have debtors that are about be discharged from their Chapter 7. They
would like to refinance their house. Does someone know a mortgage
lender/broker that will work with recently discharged debtors? Income is
pretty strong to support the house now that all the unsecured debt is gone.
