Benefits of CDCBAA - Missing You From Link Schrader

Dear CDCBAA Friends,
I just renewed my CDCBAA membership online. I'm not sure if I am now the
member living farthest from the Central District, but I may be. I
relocated to Kansas City in April 2014 to be near my family. My mother has
had ongoing health problems and I've been taking my baby sister to chemo.
I'm buying a house in Overland Park, Kansas, where I may end up raising one
of my sister's grandchildren.
I am admitted here to the Missouri Bar and both Missouri and Kansas
District Courts (and Bankruptcy Courts). I have filed one chapter 7 case
in Kansas and a CDCBAA member recently referred a Missouri client to me -
much appreciated, Eric! Much of my business remains existing California
clients and a few new ones. I am no longer taking new California Chapter
11 clients so I'll refer any such prospects to those of you I know handle
these cases.
I'm looking forward to seeing the review of the 9th Circuit Decisions on
Bankruptcy in 2014 once they are uploaded to the CDCBAA Yahoo site. I hope
to make a Saturday meeting of the CDCBAA the next time I am in Los Angeles
which will probably be this summer.

am cognizant that our listserv is for bankruptcy matters only and this is
somewhat of a personal post. I just wanted to let those who may have
noticed my absence know that I am doing well and that I continue to
appreciate what I've learned and the friendships I've made through CDCBAA.
