Holly:
You need 5 binders with exhibits. One binder for the court clerk needs the exhibits stickers affixed to the back of the first page of each exhibit/document.
You also may need certified copies of official records unless the other side has stipulated to admissibility.

Thank you. I represent the defendant. Trial in about 10 days. I objected to all of the pro per plaintiff's declaration. Wondering if I need to send a trial binder to BR? Exhibits were attached to my declaration but I just realized they aren't in the same order as my pretrial, and I added some extra exhibits not listed in the Pretrial.

There really isn't such a thing.
The order of trial is:
Opening statement (if you want one, Russell generally has direct by declaration, so you will probably will start with cross examination) Judge Russell will have read the declarations and may start with ruling on any evidentiary objections.
Direct - if not by declaration
Cross examination
Closing argument
If you are wondering about the prima facia case, the best place to look is in the Rutter book by Kay March. She and her coauthor lay out the prima facia case for each subsection of 727.
If you have any questions call me. If you don't have the rutter book, call me.
What stage are you in? You should outline the course of the trial in the pretrial order. Make sure you have declarants for each part of the prima facia case.
