Much appreciated if anyone has a sample he/she can forward. I have a
judgment debtor who satisfied the judgment several years ago and a creditor
that is dragging its feet.
CCP 724.030 indicates that the judgment creditor shall immediately file the
acknowledgement of satisfaction of judgment. I'm sending out a demand
letter, but would like to be ready to go after the 15th day if they do not
comply.
