As Judge Zurzolo pointed out at one of our seminars, there's no such
thing as a withdrawal of a motion. It is a dismissal of the motion,
and once it is dismissed, it must be filed anew to start again.

No. Start over. People who otherwise would have replied are prejudiced by withdrawal.

Hi:
I withdrew a motion a few days ago. Debtor wants to go forward now. Hearing is in a few days. Anyone know if I can withdraw a withdrawal or (as I suspect) I need to start all over again?
Thanks in advance for any and all experienced advice.
