I encourage anyone working in Chapter 13 cases read the settlement
agreements for the big 5 and attend any workshop where Katie Porter is
speaking. These agreements have bankruptcy language in them. You'll find
some similarities to our Chapter 13 Addendum and can report the servicer
noncompliance to the Prof. Porter's office.
