Don't have a sample to share with you, but I thought the judgment lien was
enough if the real property in question was clearly identified in the motion
and listed in Debtor's schedule A. When I was a law school intern for Judge
Kwan, I did some 522(f) workups but can't recall if authenticated DOT's were
necessary as exhibits. I guess the judges want to make sure there is
absolutely something there to avoid so I guess it's good practice to include
the DOT's as evidence.
