Hello Paul:
I would send a written confirmation to Dockery if you have not already
done so.
But how do you know a creditor will not appear?
But, take what I say with a grain of salt.
Good Luck starts with a strategy and a plan. The time is now to lower 2012taxes.

It is particular to the judge, but I dont know of any that require an
appearance if it is consent calendar. Normally I ask the Trustee what thejudges preference is. You also have to be sure all payments are current and
mortgage declarations are in of course.
Hopefully someone with a recent experience can answer your question more
solidly that I am or our other colleague stating the generalities.

I have a chapter 13 confirmation with Neil Bason tomorrow at 9am. Kathy
Dockery office have told me it will be on the consent calendar.
What does Baso n do with consent calendar?
I was thinking about not showing up because Dockery reads the consent
calendar and if no creditor contest, no appearance needed, right?
Do you normally show up in this situation? (I have shown up before and itwas basically check in and go home :-) ----since it is on the consent
calendar).
