I've got a peculiar situation and can use some suggestions.
Corp. is defendant in post judgment debtor's exam. The corp. atty. suddenly resigned from representing the corp's President & CEO for this proceeding only, claiming a conflict of interest. The agent for service of process resigned last Jan. Corps. can't rep themselves, so who can I serve the motion to compel on?
