The Central California Bankruptcy Association (CCBA) and The Kern County Bar
Association, Bankruptcy Section (KCBA, Bankruptcy Section) are co-hosting a
panel discussion of Bankruptcy Judges from the Eastern District. The Clerk
of the Bankruptcy Court is also participating.
The panel will give candid and helpful tips on to insolvency professionals.
The panel will point out common problems and solutions. Avoiding ex parte
communications about matters before the bench, the panel will take questions
from the audience. The matters discussed at this dinner meeting should
prove to be useful to all insolvency practitioners who attend.
