The original order was not wrong, just insufficient. You don't change
it, you just file a new motion to avoid the other lien.

Mates-
Lien avoidance motion was filed and then granted. Unfortunately, Lien avoidance order that Judge Riblet issued is incorrect.
Lien avoidance motion needs to be re-filed as one additional lien holder was omitted in original motion.
Procedurally, how is order vacated?
Is a phone call to clerk sufficient or is it something more formal?
