Stip and Order to Strip 2nd Mortgage

B of A has offered to stipulate to strip a 2nd in a chapter 13 before I even filed the LAM motion. This is front of Julia Brand. I'm thinking I would have to set the matter for a hearing on a Motion to Approve the Stip, which would authorize the Court to sign off on the mandatory form of Order (4003-2.4). But I am wondering if I can just file the stip (signed by myself and B of A counsel)and lodge the Order on LOU. Does anyone have comments/forms/procedure they would be willing to share?
