Does Homestead exemption apply in HOA foreclosure of

i meant declared homestead v automatic homestead of course. even though
VZ says there is no difference between the two once you file bankruptcy, i
recommend that everyone declare a homestead.
look at the Owen case to understand how the HOA has to line up...

Owen stands for the rule that no exemption may be impaired.
